- Dental
Keystone First CHC covers some dental benefits for Participants through dentists in the Keystone First CHC network. Some dental services have limits.
- Eye
All Keystone First CHC Participants are eligible for a routine eye exam. Call your eye doctor to schedule an eye exam.
- Your primary care provider (PCP)
When you join Keystone First CHC, you choose a PCP. Your PCP oversees your health care. He or she is responsible for taking care of your health and, when necessary, arranging care for you from other health care providers.
- Women's routine and preventive care
Keystone First CHC covers mammograms for all women when it is ordered by the doctor and with a prescription. Pap tests are also covered for all women.
- Copay schedule (PDF)
There are copays for some of the benefits and services you receive.
